Passaic, NJ - Friday Night Scare at YKP Girls
During Kabbolas Shabbos this past Friday night, bloodcurling screams were heard coming from the YKP Girls building at the corner of Aycrigg and Pennington Avenues.
According to some eyewitnesses, the screams included statements like "don't kill me".
To the horror of people within earshot, the screams were then followed by mutiple gunshots.
Numerous phone calls were made to Passaic PD and Hatzolah was contacted as well.
As it turns out, the screams were fake as were the gunshots.

Based on the information PCJC received, the Passaic County Sheriff Department was using the empty building for training. Apparently, they neglected to inform local PD and local residents.
While Boruch Hashem it was all fake and no one was hurt, could there have been perhaps better planning of this training?
