Israeli Ambassador to Japan Nissim Ben-Shitrit visited a book store at a Tokyo Metro station recently, and he was shocked to discover a manga comic book with a drawing of Adolf Hitler on its cover. An inquiry revealed that the book, which had been distributed in many book stands in Japan, was a Japanese translation of the Nazi leader's autobiography, "Mein Kampf."

The owner of an Indian store called "Hitler" has agreed to drop the Nazi dictator's name and re-brand his shop following protests from the Jewish community and the government. The shop, which sells Western menswear, opened in Ahmedabad city in the western state of Gujarat last month with "Hitler" spelled out in large white letters above the storefront, complete with a Swastika as the dot on the "i".

A clothing outlet named "Hitler" located in Ahmedabad, India has upset the local Jewish population, according to a report Monday by The Times of India. According to the Times, Hitler was the nickname given to the grandfather of shop owner Rajeh Shah's business partner due to his strict nature.

American lawyer Michael Hirsch was flabbergasted when he discovered a local supermarket stocking wine bottles portraying images of Adolf Hitler on the labels, while visiting northern Italy with his wife Cindy. “It is very shocking and startling to us,” Mr. Hirsch told the UK’s Daily Telegraph on Wednesday. “We would think of it as neo-Nazism. It makes you wonder about the sympathies of the local people.”

Adolf Hitler's nephew pleaded to enlist in the US army and fight against his uncle's Nazi regime, a letter written in 1942 reveals. The New York Daily News on Thursday reported that William Patrick Hitler, who fled from Germany to the US in 1939, wrote US President Franklin D. Roosevelt after being rejected from the US Army, begging him to fight alongside the Allied Forces.

He notes that “India is the only country in the world where Jews have lived with their non-Jewish neighbours in complete harmony for more than two millennia. Jews are India’s smallest religious minority and Muslims its biggest, and the two have produced beautiful examples of amity, unlike anywhere else in the world.”

A North Jersey classic car specialist discovered a 1942 Mercedes Benz in his possession has a dark and mysterious past. Zenop Tuncer, who owns Euro Tech Motors in Edgewater, said the 1942 Mercedes 320 Cabriolet D convertible was purchased off the internet for one of his customers. Once it arrived at the garage, Tuncer called the car maker to replace a part and learned about the car’s origin after checking the serial number.

A five-year search by a Czech author has discovered that 16 paintings in the Czech Republic were once owned by Adolf Hitler. The art works, which Hitler bought in Germany during World War II, had been moved to Czechoslovakia after it was occupied by the Nazis to prevent them being damaged by Allied attacks. On Monday, author Jiri Kuchar put seven of the paintings on display for reporters at the convent in Doksany in northern Czech Republic where he had identified them. Today, he said, they are probably worth about 50 million koruna ($2.7 million).

Hitler had a son with a teenage French girl, new evidence claims to prove. The shocking revelations that Adolf Hitler had an affair with a french teenager while he was a soldier in World War One, has been published in French magazine Le Point. Hitler's 'son', Jean-Marie Loret, never met his father, and served as a soldier fighting against the Nazis during the Second World War. However before Loret died in 1985, he told his story to a Parisian lawyer Francois Gibault.

Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum flatly rejected suggestions that he likened President Obama to Adolf Hitler Sunday when he used an analogy comparing the 2012 election to the buildup to World War II. "No, of course not," Santorum said dismissively when asked by a National Journal-CBS News reporter whether he was comparing the two. "The World War II metaphor is one I've used 100 times in my career," he insisted.

A collection of private photographs showing Adolf Hitler in a series of bizarre poses to rehearse his public speeches has been published. The album features black and white images of the Nazi leader using expressive hand gestures and unusual poses taken by his personal photographer Heinrich Hoffmann.

Staff members from a British ambulance service contacted their union to complain about a survey in which they were asked whether they thought Adolf Hotler was a "cool" leader, the BBC reported Tuesday.

The provocative images, which appeared in the western city of Poznan as a part of a promised nationwide campaign, also carry the slogan "Abortion for Poles: introduced by Hitler, March 9, 1943."
